GEORGETOWN COUNTY: Sunday beer, wine sales soon to expire (The Myrtle Beach Sun News)
Starting this weekend, you won’t be able to buy beer or wine on Sundays in Georgetown County stores. The prohibition is the result of a legal challenge that forced the state to halt renewals of the special liquor licenses in summer 2004.
