Scottish pols challenge high-alcohol wine (UPI)
EDINBURGH, Scotland, Nov. 20 (UPI) — Scotland’s first minister blames Buckfast Tonic Wine for much anti-social behavior among young people. Jack McConnell agreed with the health and justice ministers, who have both condemned the wine for its high alcohol content, The Scotsman reported.
