SYDNEY, Aug 28 (Reuters) – Foster’s Group Ltd , Australia’s biggest alcoholic drinks company, posted a 22 percent rise in second-half profit on strong premium beer and wine sales, and shrugged off adverse currency impacts and bad weather to tip a strong year ahead.
