On the hunt for a red wine with real body

On the hunt for a red wine with real body (Chicago Tribune)
Q I have been trying to find a nice, dry red wine. I drink a little, 3 to 5 ounces, each evening. I have tried four so far, Da Vinci, Ruffino, Ecco Domani, and I forgot the name of the other. They seemed to be dry enough but no body. Of the four, I liked the Ruffino the best. Someone said that I should try a Burgundy; what do you think?
