Constellation Brands renames Vintas premium-wine unit (BizJournals)
Constellation Wines U.S., a unit of giant Constellation Brands with major San Francisco Bay Area operations, has been doing a lot of buying, selling and restructuring in recent months. Now, it’s been forced to do some renaming, due to a potential conflict over the name “Vintas,” which it said in January would be the moniker for its new premium and super-premium wine unit.
