Restaurateur Jesse Morreale is teaming with chef Sean Yontz to open Sketch Food & Wine in Cherry Creek. The restaurant, which opens Feb. 10 at 250 Steele St., will feature classic American fare and more than 400 wines, including 33 by the glass. General manager Aaron Foster, formerly of Adega, will oversee the wine program.
