Cape Town – Contrary to the trend that had seen South Africa’s bulk wine exports decline as producers sought to cut supply chain costs in an increasingly competitive market, Distell had raised its packaged wine exports by 18 percent for the 12 months to March, Don Gallow, the company’s international director, said yesterday.
