SOCHI. Sept 29 (Interfax) – The Economic Development and Trade Ministry and Agriculture Ministry have developed a bill on wine and viticulture that could make Russia a “wine superpower,” Economic Development and Trade Minister German Gref said at the Kuban Economic Forum in Sochi on Friday.
