World glut hits SA red wine makers (Cape Argus)
A worlwide glut of red wine and a huge drop in wine prices has devastated South African wine farmers financially. Over the past three years, the profits of grape farmers have plummeted by more than 50% and local prices for wine have dropped by around 13% in the last year alone.
