NORWELL – Shoppers at HomeGoods soon may be able to buy a bottle of pinot noir with their towels and throw pillows. The discount home furnishings retailer, owned by Framingham-based TJX Corp., is seeking licenses to sell wine and beer at locations in Braintree, Norwell and Framingham.
