Wine sales bill could make state millions (Knoxville News Sentinel)
NASHVILLE – Allowing Tennesseans to buy wine over the Internet or through mail order would generate about $10 million per year in new revenue for the state and more than $2 million annually for local governments, according to a new legislative staff estimate.
